What We Collect
Contact and project inquiry forms. When you submit a contact or project inquiry form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in, and your message. These submissions are delivered to our inbox as transactional emails through Brevo; they are not stored in a database on this website.
Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address along with technical metadata about the signup — your IP address, browser user-agent, the referring page, and any UTM campaign parameters. This information is stored in Google Firebase Firestore together with an unsubscribe token so you can opt out at any time.
AI sales chat. Our website offers an AI-powered sales chat. We collect the messages you send and any details you choose to share in the conversation, such as your email address or project budget. Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude model to generate responses and are stored on our CRM system so a human producer can review the conversation and follow up with you. A visitor token is kept in your browser's localStorage to remember your conversation between visits, and live chat messages are relayed through Pusher.
Analytics and advertising data. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Ahrefs Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and to measure advertising. These services automatically collect information such as cookies, device and browser details, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Spam protection. Google reCAPTCHA v3 runs on pages with forms to protect against spam and abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.

In addition, we store a chat visitor token in your browser's localStorage to keep your AI chat conversation continuous between visits, and clients who receive a project proposal link may have a proposal access cookie set to keep that page accessible. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, deliver the newsletter, or follow up on a chat conversation — or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
